Each project has a dedicated Project Manager and Superintendent to oversee all aspects of construction. Our superintendents are on-site everyday to ensure quality in a timely manner.
Consistent:
MCCI superintendents have a proven record of handling all sorts of on-site challenges and turning over a quality product. We are able to consistently meet the time constraints and budgets of our projects. Managing projects with 2 week construction schedules with the same quality control as 13 week construction schedules.
Conscientious:
Details are our specialty. With over 30 years of trade knowledge we are able to offer alternatives to the special needs of our clients. If a product is spec'd that is not the best available for that application, our Project Managers are capable of suggesting alternatives; this can save a tremendous amount of money for our clients. We are "Problem Solvers."
Integrity:
MCCI has a stellar reputation for delivering a complete package. Our administrative staff is able to assist the client and/or architect in expediting permits, as well as, follow up necessary through out the project. Our Project Managers have solid relationships with subcontractors in order to ensure budget and schedule requirements are met.
